Refund policy

At Element Lab, we take great care in preparing each science kit. Because our kits include printed materials and hands-on supplies, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Each Element Lab kit is prepared as a complete learning experience and includes materials that cannot be reused or resold once opened.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unused kits.

However, if your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@elementlab.store. We will gladly work with you to replace missing or damaged components.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the kit has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Pilot Program Notice

Element Lab kits are currently offered as part of a limited pilot run. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this return and refund policy.
